SEM Manager

Summary:

As our Search Engine Marketing Manager, you will bring fresh ideas and build our digital marketing programs to deliver marketplace growth. You will use your expertise, creativity and vision to implement the Search Engine Marketing strategy from the ground up.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Paid campaigns across Google and Bing Search, the Google Display Network, YouTube, and Mobile to accelerate growth; meticulously monitor campaign results analyze core metrics, and develop strategies to optimize
  • Drive the strategy, development, execution, measurement and optimization of paid search and display campaigns; regularly present compelling and measurable campaign strategies and results to senior leadership
  • Segment audiences and target messaging accordingly
  • Communicate with clients regarding optimizations and performance in weekly status calls
  • Work with Communications Strategy teams to experiment with new ad campaign strategies and ad formats
  • Partner with the Communications Strategy teams to generate innovative ideas to extend media, maximize impact and breakthrough to target audiences using other tools like database marketing, search engine optimization, email marketing and viral marketing

Minimum Qualifications:

4 years of experience managing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns preferably in an agency setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoubleClick or similar bid management platform
  • AdWords and Bing certified with direct experience managing campaigns
  • Experience in ecommerce-Google Shopping, Criteo, AMS
  • Experience driving a variety of KPIs for brand awareness and direct response campaigns
  • Advanced understanding of Google Analytics
  • Strong data-driven analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
  • Search engine optimization skills a plus
